As the note at the bottom of the File Manager screen says, you can Hold to Share which will bring up the sharing screen which will allow you to email or AirDrop the files out of the app. The KML is already processed but the CSV log file has the waypoint information as the waypoints are passed in the App Tip column.
Or you can look at the flights in Flight Sync which has all of this information too but it is plotted for you.
