DJI Inspire 1 + Zenmuse XT 19 mm radiometric

Hi, I have a Inspire 1 + Zenmuse XT 19 mm radiometric. I set the camera manually in Maps Pilot because it does not appear in the list, but when starting the mission does not take any photo, what can happen? Thanks
