I don't think the flight leg spacing and speed for the desired along/across track settings are getting properly calculated when using a custom camera. I usually can test this by comparing 70% on the X3 to 20% on my custom camera (1280 x 1024 x 12mm x 4.8um/pixel x 1s/frame) and count the flight legs. They can be 1-2 legs difference depending on the area but in this version they are off by much more. Am I missing a setting to apply the custom camera parameters for the flight plan? The resolution looks correct.
I'm using the latest MP Business v3.0.5.
There were some issues with the custom camera features back around those version. We hope to be updating Map Pilot Business to 3.1.3 fairly soon. If you are in a bind it will work in the Map Pilot 3.1.2 now since there were some recent fixes for that.

I played around with changing the focal length from 8mm and then to 16mm expecting the resolution to change but it did not. Something seems to be off.
Is "connectionless" camera supported in 3.1.2 .. nevermind I see it's a $29.99 in-app purchase.
Will Map Pilot always get updated before Map Pilot Business? What's the usual time lag before the business edition get's the updates?
Map Pilot Business usually gets released as the last planned minor revision to Map Pilot. This usually occurs after a few minor releases that fix issues that come up. Basically, once things stabilize Map Pilot Business gets released.
It is a tradeoff between stability and feature delivery.
