I am assuming DJI GO app needs to be fully off while using tag pilot, like with Map Pilot. Is this correct? If so, where is the control in Tag Pilot to start motor. Also, what do the up down arrows do? Thanks.
Always turn off all other apps. Tag Pilot does not do any auto takeoffs.
I don't know what arrows you are talking about... Perhaps it is the AGL Lock feature?

In Tag Pilot App, Is it possible to show:
1- Photo location when taking photos ?
2- Remote Controller pointing direction to keep the Antenas heading toward the drone for maximum connection ?
3- Tracking line to see the drone path ?
4- Disabling Image Footprint to optimize the CPU usage?
1. Tag Pilot is for showing where photos were taken. The KML file that it produces stores all of this information.

2. This is not tracked in Tag Pilot like it is for Map Pilot because it is less important.
3. In the KML, not live.
4. No. The footprint is the primary goal for Tag Pilot so it can't be turned off.
Hope that you will be able to incorporate the Path, Remote Ctrler Direction and taken Photos locations LIVE in the future.

If all other apps are off, and tag pilot does not do takeoffs, then how do you get five meters in the air to enable flight control? Is this app still under development? I do not see any posts for the last year.
Tag Pilot does not offer automated takeoff. You have to use the sticks. Old school...
