Single path flight line using elev. Data

Can you use elevation data for a single flight path instead of using a grid flight plan?

Or can you at least fly a single flight path and mannually choose the elevation for each way point?

Since Map Pilot is for mapping and single flight paths don't provide sufficient perspectives for 3D reconstruction we don't give linear flight planning as an option. 

We are considering adding a linear mission mode but it will enforce taking 2-5 passes over each leg.

There are lots of other apps out there that will do single pass flight paths and we try to reinvent the wheel. We like AutoFlight Logic.
