From the upgrade screen you can add all the capabilities to whatever version of the app you currently have loaded on your devices (it sounds like Map Pilot Lite).
You upgraded to the Map Pilot Business capabilities from Map Pilot Lite. It will continue to show Map Pilot Lite because it is still the same app. You cannot download the app Map Pilot Business from the App Store.
