I have had my 30 days go by and I wanted to get the kml file. I know this should be very simple to do. I know on my google maps which is probably where you are sharing your map from you can export the file to kml. Please let me know if you can do this for me and I will get you my link files or tell you my account that I have with you.
We do not generate any KML files that expire. All the KML files our system generates are made on the fly and can be used to export annotations via KML file.
The 3D model KMZ files however are generated at the time of processing and are deleted 30 days from the date of generation. All of our Advanced Outputs files for data export are stored on our servers and are not shared by default anywhere.
