Specifically I want to confirm that the thermal camera doesn't pose a problem for mapping using the RGB.
The Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual is not currently listed on our Supported Hardware list:

We may add support for it in the future.

Thank you, it was unclear from the supported hardware if the Enterprise Dual was included under the Mavic 2 Enterprise listing.
It does work with the visual camera but that camera is on par with the Mavic Air which we do not recommend for doing any sort of professional work.
