I m trying to make a survey by using the P3Pro with a ConnectionLess mode, however; each time the camera isn't triggered and No pictures are taken. So how can I solve this issue ? Anything to do before or after launching the drone in order to the camera starts taking pictures?

Please make sure your flight controller firmware is at least 3.2.10.0 or it will not work. Distance based triggering is a very new feature for DJI aircraft so it may be a bit until it is available on all platforms.

As per the Dji Go App ("About" window):
App Ver: 3.1.1 (latest on Apple Store 3.1.2)
Aircraft : 1.10.90 latest
R. Ctrl : 1.8.0 latest
Map pilot : 2.40 (latest 2.41)
So, Where can I find the Flight Ctrler FW 3.2.10 ?

Zane, that flight controller version is not even close to what is available for Phantom 3 Pro. Is the p3p not supported?
This is probably a question for DJI. They may have not released it for the P3 line. It works on the P4s and Mavic. They may or may not update the older models to work with the new feature.
From the DJI SDK documentation for the distance triggering feature:
"Warning: speed, shootPhotoTimeInterval and shootPhotoDistanceInterval relate to behavior between this waypoint and the next waypoint in the mission. In comparison, turnMode, altitude and heading relate to behavior between the last waypoint and this waypoint in the waypoint mission. Only supported by flight controller firmware 3.2.10.0 or above."
I have sent sdk@dji an email asking about this. I'll report back if they respond.

Their response is not accurate. We have done a ton of testing with it on Mavic as well and it works fine. The P4 apparently does not. We are pretty shocked that DJI rolled out this feature without adding support to some of the older aircraft.
The feature is actually not fully supported by the Phantom 4 Pro since it does not make the didGenerateMedia callbacks as noted in the Release Notes and our docs. That is what draws the dots for the image locations.
We will make the connectionless mode default back to timed imaging for unsupported aircraft in the next update.
