Abandonment point issue

Im currently on site with inspire 2 conducting a large multi battery mission. EPA does not git to abandon position but a few tracks back and wastes 6 min of flight to get back to where I finished previous flight.

Any help. Urgent

The backtracking issue is a known issue and is usually caused by manual takeover when landing.

If you have any faster iOS devices around you should try to use those. It sounds like the Mini 3 can't keep up. DJI has added a lot of behind the scenes logging that is a CPU hog. We are trying to figure out the best way to handle that still.

Further to that..

App has crashed mid flight now 3 times.

At one time flight went back to abandon point and go's the wrong way then returns down same line at turnaround.

This is becoming very unreliable

I'll hop on here and add a suggestion that I posted in another thread. This is where having the ability to manually set an abandonment point would be really helpful. For Michael, after taking off and seeing the drone heading to the wrong abandonment point, he could then return to home, manually set the abandonment point, then relaunch knowing the drone would go where he knows it should go. Maybe a long press on the flight path could be used to set this manual point.

It would also be helpful for those times when there is pilot error that isn't caught until later, and you just need to restart the mission from an arbitrary point.

Have you resolved this issue already? Actually I'm also experiencing the same issue. I have tried executing flight mission from the beginning and it's getting very frustrating. What would you suggest?
