Map Pilot Business version question

I have Map Pilot Business V3.1.4, but when looking at Version History on your site,  I see that the latest version is 4.0 as of 4/4/2019, but I'm still showing 3.1.4 as latest in the play store.  Am I missing something, or has v4.0 not been released?

Map Pilot Business is on a separate and more tightly controlled release schedule:

There is basically no new functionality in Map Pilot 4.0.0 aside from the release the upgrade system for Map Pilot Lite.
