Editing saved missions/saving new mission from existing

I was wondering if it is planned to add the ability to edit saved missions? I know I can open a saved mission and delete the bounding box to create a new flight, but it appears this flight cannot be saved. If you don't plan to add functionality for editing a saved mission, maybe you could make it possible to save new flights created using the basemap from a saved mission? My reasoning for this is that while it is great to be able to plan a flight in advance of being in the field, if circumstances require the planned mission to be changed, it would be nice to save the chances so the mission could be repeated in the future.

Cheers,

Gordon

We are planning on adding the capability to save newly created missions that are made based on an existing layout. We do not plan on allowing saved missions to be edited but you can always get rid of the saved mission and make a new flight plan using the cached basemap.

We hope that you will add the capability of editing a saved plan in the future.

Has this been done by now; September 2019?

You can unlock the saved mission, make your edits and save it again.

Hi

Just having a problem doing this with mapbox. I want to set up a mission over an orchard while avoiding a house on one side, but the area is covered by cloud on mapbox imagery.

Because its a dji remote, i cant use the google base maps.

So I was hoping I could sync to the website and either edit on the website with google maps satelite base layer or view it on the website and make minor edits/save/resync until i have it right.

Oh brilliant. Is there a way to convert a boundary to a mission?
I have synced it to the file manager on my device, but when i open it on the device and open it, it shows the boundary and all the options in the top menu for setting altitude/angle/speed etc but doesnt show the lines that the drone will fly.

Just do a long press to define the home point so the mission path will be drawn.

That video is not viewable. All of this is pretty off-topic to the original question anyway so please either start a new topic or email for support so these other unrelated posters are not getting spammed with emails.
