Map Pilot Pro does not connect to my new Mavic M3E-Thermal

I have been using MPP on an iPad with a Mavic Pro Platinum for at least 3 years.   I feel familiar with it and Ive enjoyed very good results in mapping.

I recently purchased a new Mavic 3 Enterprise [w Thermal].    I using your APK file install method, and I updated both the installed app on the M3E controller (02.01.0202) and the firmware on the aircraft (09.00.0505).    In settings, i selected the Mavic 3 Enterprise for aircraft...      everything 'seems' correct, but when I go to the mission planner  it shows Not Connected.

I launch OEM DJI Drone Pilot 2 app and it connects instantly, and I fly missions fine.     I make sure and swipe up from this app, or Clear All, to put away all apps before I launch MPP... but nothing I do causes the MPP to Connect to my aircraft.

Am I overlooking something?  This is strange and frustrating.

Cheers

A couple of things to check:

The remote must be on the internet the first time the app launches so it can register with DJI. You are probably doing this but it is a thing.

Make sure you are using the 'e' variant of the APK file that is for Enterprise hardware. That is available here:

Make sure your subscription level is appropriate for M3E use. The Pro plan is required for use with Enterprise hardware.
