I am new to this. I have a Mavic Pro 2. I had it set on RAW. I flew a site. I had 70% over lap side and 80%frontal. Set at 16:9 with the hassleblad lens. I can see the all the mega data on the shots. I tried to use the RAW DNG Files. It won't upload them to the site. So I exported them from photoshop to jpeg with all the meta data. But it is saying the tags are bad. So do I need to shoot it again and with Jpeg setting?? Is it the 16:9? Do I need to use 3:2? Is there a special thing I need to set on the drone to tag it better?
Maps Made Easy only processes JPG images. Exporting DNG files can be done but it is hard to do correctly and still be able to use the DJI workflow. The DJI workflow test for some very specific tags being present. If they are not there you may still be able to use the Classic workflow.

Thank you very much. Basically set drone on Jpeg. And does the aspect ratio matter? I had it set on 16:9 instead of 3:2. And there is weird artifacting in the water etc. The artifacting isn't on the original photos. Just wondering why that is?
The aspect ration doesn't really matter but it will affect your ability to collect data quickly. It usually best to use the largest format resolution available on the camera to maximize the good angles. 16:9 has a higher proportion of the longer angles which get to be a little lower quality.
I am not sure what artifacts you are talking about in your only map in our system. The bigger issue I see is that it is almost completely water which is the #1 thing that is warned against in our Data Collection guidelines which you agree to at the time of upload. Honestly you are pretty lucky you got the result you did.
