Mission won't upload to drone after 3.1.12e installation

I just installed MPP 3.12.12e build 042420261 for a DJI Matrice 4E with RC2 Plus controller.  Everything seems to be fine except when loading the mission pror to flight, the "loading" gets stuck forever and does not go any further.  Thanks for the help.

DJI has changed around their SDK and updated firmware to go with it. You might need to try 3.1.20 available here:

Or try 3.1.11 that some people are saying still works.

Also, please do the normal steps of power cycling everything and starting with a small mission to check the basics. If you are using Terrain Awareness that could be the cause and the issue has been addressed in 3.1.20.
