Can you confirm the for the 4E the "Enterprise version" and NOT via Google Play is the version to install? I think the current version is 2.4.6e, but it does not mention M4E or M4T in the post.

Yes, it needs the 'e' variant. The Installation page has been updated.

I'm not sure what I need to do. Whether you added to the list or not. The Matrice 4E and camera still does not show up when trying to complete a waypoint mission with the correct aircraft and camera

We are seeing it working well using the following :
ac firm: 12.00.0107
rc firm: 01.41.028
M4E on RC Plus 2
With version 2.4.6e

What versions are you on?

nevermind, found version MME v 2.4.6b - so I need 'e' -- correct? i have Map Pilot Pro on the remote controller - how do I update this version from the remote? or do I need to plug remote into my Mac for direct USB download?

so, with the M4E, you need the PRO plan. I was on the base plan and upgraded to the PRO plan, but I'm still getting a plan mismatch when trying to launch a saved mission in Map Pilot Pro. What now?

I have hit ‘sync’ multiple times before posting on this issue

Please post or send us a screenshot of the top of the Settings screen so we can see the status that is currently pulled. Your account is not showing that any devices have actually been connected to your account. Make sure the remote is connected to the internet when you hit Sync.

so, i have been pushing the 'Sync' button in top right of screen this whole time (in orange text), then this morning went to the settings page and clicked 'sync' after scrolling down on this page and my subscription now shows pro level plan. i guess the next step is to upload the mission to the aircraft. too windy today here, and I still have to activate my DJI D-RTK v3 base station. i will fly SUN and let you know how it goes.

Yes, the Sync button in the Mission Plans or File Manager screens sync those things. The Sync in the Maps Made Easy section of the Settings page syncs your account status.
