You actually have some weird errors in your log file that I haven't seen before: check_2100_back_calibrate_reason, check_2100_back_calibrate_reason / dji_check_fc_takeoff_failed_unknown_error

Pay attention to that. I can show you that something isn't happy and should be the first things to investigate when you are getting unexpected behaviors.
The yellow and red traces are places where the RC signal is lower than is needed for solid operation. Sometimes triggering can suffer but that doesn't appear to be the issue with the flight restarting.
Are you allowing the aircraft to land on its own and then changing the battery as instructed? If you edit the flight plan at all while it is on the ground it will think it is a different Mission that is being executed. It looks like you were operating from a saved Mission Plan called 'cabbage hill' for the first flight but then not for the 2nd and 3rd flights.
Did you leave the currently operating mission and start a new one or reopen the mission plan between flights?
In general, anytime the flight looks like it is wanting to resume somewhere it shouldn't be you can tap on any corner waypoint while the blue flight path verification line is showing to start it there instead.
