The amount of processing points that are available in your account has nothing to do with your ability to fly the aircraft or use a certain feature. That is governed by the subscription tier for your account.
160 points is enough process .8 gigapixels worth of imagery.
You are on the Free tier which allows you to fly as much as you want using the features shown in the 'Free' column here:

If there were errors in your flight they would have been shown in the Aircraft Errors panel. That is the best way to know what the issue stopping the flight actually was.

Was there any popup message? Since your Air 2S is controlled using Virtual Stick controls you can't touch the controller sticks at any time during the automated flight. There should have been a popup to tell you the flight was being aborted due to stick input.
Was this not the case? If not, please send us the link to log file for the affected flight.
