KMZ 3d and google earth

Hello, I downloaded the files provided by "Maps Made Easy" in a same folder, and when I open the KMZ file 3d in "Google Earth" and well Orthomosaic and 3d are invisible?
how to do.

The KMZ file might be coming up below the Google Earth surface due to elevation inaccuracies. Please check out the following topic:
