why Map Pilot Pro version from Google Play is incompatible for my adroid device (A52 android 13)?

Only devices that are only available with more than 4 GB of RAM are able to download Map Pilot Pro from the Play Store. If your device is available in variants with less than 4 GB it is excluded from the supported device list. This is how Google handles device capability filters.

You can still install the app using the APK by following the instructions here:

thanks, yes I've 3.2/6GB free RAM

It is not dependent on how much RAM you have available on your device or how much your device has. If there are variants of your device that do not meet the minimum requirement of 4 GB of RAM the app won't be available for your device. This is just how Google does it... You can still download the APK and try to install that on whatever device you want.
