Drone not recognising the controller !

I have problem with my drone, I have tried several times to connect my drone to the controller but it is not working, I have tried changing the batteries, charging it, even replacing the older drone battery still I am not able to solve it. PLEASE HELP ME! ASAP.

Is the aircraft on our supported hardware list?

Are you able to connect to other apps? Do you have all other drone related apps fully closed when trying to connect to Map Pilot?
