Old app functionality

I am trying to figure out why my version of Map Pilot isn't working any more. What is going on?

These changes have been communicated since the beginning of the year on our social media and Maps Made Easy Dashboard. 

The discount we offer to our previous Map Pilot users is a discount of equal or more than you have already paid for the app. We are sorry to hear you don't find that fair. There was no mention of any term that Map Pilot would be guaranteed for. Map Pilot Pro's subscription based access spells out exactly how long you are guaranteed that it will work. 

If you read the emails we sent it explains that services the old app relied on have disappeared and we had to shift priorities to our existing mapping customers.

Thanks for taking time to respond. I have paid for an anual subscription (At least I think I did) and I can't see an option to disable automatic renewal. I want to give an opportunity and It may either be a start or the last one, so I really want to see this auto-renewal disabled and also to know where is the "stop subscription"
Can you help?

You can downgrade back to the Free plan in the system so there will be no further charges. Your current access that has been paid for will stay active until your expiration date in a year.

I must be blind, I can't manage to change to free. If I go to "manage subscription, it brings me to stripe page and I can choose only one of three plans and NONE is free. Can you please clarify?
Also, Is there a support email to avoid this public discussion?

It is under the Monthly plans. You are likely viewing the Yearly list which does not have a Free option. 

And yes, mapping@dronesmadeeasy is listed as the support email at the bottom of all Maps Made Easy pages.
