Try using a different device to see if that fixes things. The A56 is available with less than 4 GB of RAM which is the minimum that is recommended for DJI app use. Make sure your device meets those requirements and isn't overheating.
It has 8GB of RAM, I don't think that's the problem, the crash occurs as soon as you open the application even when the device is cold.
Try deleting the app and installing it using the APK file that is available here:
