NDVI Troubles

I'm currently trying to process some NDVI photos of an area. I was told to use a flat map for the DJI M3M NDVI photos a while back on this forum. I tried it again today for a photo with an 85/85 overlap since it had a heavier tree cover. The RGB photo worked great, but the NDVI looks awful. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

We will take a look at what is going on here but in the meantime you might want to check out TerrainDrop for these images.

I was able to run these images without any issue. To do a Flat Map you need to have a ground reference image. In your dataset image 1 is the ground image. The ground image is an image in the dataset that is determined to be taken at 0 meters in height and it gets used to correct the altitudes all of the other images are taken from.

It looks like your dataset has some flight that goes below the takeoff location so there were other images that were getting identified as being the takeoff image. This is what caused the offsets. We have added some speed filtering to the images to help detect it properly. Hopefully that helps.

Alright, I'm rerunning with the Takeoff point included in the mass dataset. I will report if it works out or not.
