To run the app on multiple iOS devices you would either have to purchase the app for each devices if they are all logged in with separate Apple IDs or if they are all on the same Apple ID the app can be purchased (or in app purchases can be restored) on all devices. You cannot be charged more than once for any of our apps or features per Apple ID.
It has nothing to do with the Maps Made Easy account.
