This is the best place for general questions like this. If you have account or job specific questions you can email mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com. The "Shareable URL" is for sharing the web map. If you want to download the files the links for that are down in the "Advanced Outputs" section. The link to the web map does not expire as long as it is being used regularly (every 6 months).  The output files expire 30 days from the time of creation.
