Hello
I recently purchased and started creating mission plans. I also purchased the terrain option and still all good. Today I return to start planning and saving a mission when the app crashed. Then I went back in and the flight plan is not loading up properly, just the area polygon details and nothing else. I then did an update to see if that helped and now the app just keeps crashing. App version 4.1.3. I am using a brand new ipad mini.

Are you logged in to your Maps Made Easy account in Map Pilot?
Can you see your Mission Plans at https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/map_pilot/mission_plans/ ?
Are you sure you are loading a mission from the Mission Management screen and not selecting a Boundary from the File Manager?
At what point is the app crashing?
I uninstalled the app then reinstalled after all this so have lost my saved missions were test missions while practicing with the app. I was logged in and selected create missions. The app is crashing as soon as the first point is allocated within the mission

If you hit Sync up in the top right corner of the Mission Management screen it will pull all the mission plans that are in Maps Made Easy and push all the ones from your devices to Maps Made Easy.
I open the app/ go to create mission/ tap to start where I want it to fly, 2nd tap the app closes (crashes).
My missions were lost when I deleted the app so no saved missions currently on the app or maps made wp. The app was working fine the other day and I created a few small ones to test in the field and saved them. Today I was working on a new mission and applied terrain, opted not to purchase the linear mission preview (when toggling between grid and normal missions to see differences). To remove the purchase popup I had the choice of preview/ simulator only or restore, and ended applying both as it kept popping up to buy it. I had the mission ready to save and left the machine for a moment and when I returned the app had closed/ crashed.
from that point on the create mission is not working
In the create mission page, there is NO map control pullout menu to save the mission.
What version of iOS are you using? iOS 13 has added all sorts of bugs to 3rd party apps. 13.1.3 and the latest versions of 13.2 are working well.
We are aware of the issue with leaving the screen open for a few minutes and will address that in a future release.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the state of the screen when you are saying there is no map control pullout?
The IOS version for my mini ipad is 12.3.1.
The map control is still there, I made an error aplogies.
I updated the software and is now working. Thankyou
