Create New map Optimized for DJI Cameras ERROR

We are not seeing this error and jobs are still coming in regularly. Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried to select different test images in Step 1? 

If you are unable to proceed please try to send us one of your images so we can see what is going on. 

I am seeing the same blank box for step 4.  

Safari 12. or Firefox 71 MacOS Mojave.

I have tried these two browsers and get similar errors.

I have been using test images that have successfully uploaded before.

Ok... Maybe Lightroom outputs are incompatible with your uploader.

The image set I have been testing with was output from Lightroom at reduced resolution in order to cut upload data costs. They fail at step 4 without any warning in previous steps.

When I select ORIGINAL camera files from DJI in Step 1, then at step 4 the selection box appears ok.

I know there has been trouble with Lightroom in the past about precision of gps coordinates... but this behavior seems a bit, well unintuitive.  Maybe a helpful message when the Step 1 image is loaded that there is going to be a problem.  The way it is, it just looks like your site doesn't work.

So, it has nothing to do with cookies, browsers...

I have been using images output from Lightroom on a regular basis with the original workflow... It would give me warnings, but the results were always correctly georeferenced in the end.

I can't explain why Lightroom export images cause your loader to fail, but they do. I have gone back and forth between the same image as original file from DJI and as output at 25% resolution from Lightroom -- Original works, Lightroom output always kills the file loader at step 4.  Very odd, but true.
