No me permite actualizar compras al cambiar a Ipad Mini 4

Buenos días

Al cambiar de Ipad (de un Air 2 a un Mini 4), con el mismo ID de apple, e intento restaurar las compras (Business), se cierra la aplicación de Map Pilot y no realiza correctamente la restauración de compras dentro de la aplicación . él intentó incluso volver a realizar la compra, y tampoco me lo permite !! Uff

Sorry, but we can only respond to support requests that are made in English. 

You cannot be charged more than one time per any Apple ID for any app or add-on we offer. It is safe to purchase the app again as long as you are sure that you are using the same Apple ID that was used to buy it previously.
