Blocked application

Since the last update of map pilot, I am blocked at the level of loading the mission in the aircraft. there is a pop up qie appears, ask me if i want to adjust the elevetions to account for terrain change. From there, the entire application is blocked. I can only close the app. (I did not take the terrain awereness option) Do you have an idea? Too bad, so far, everything worked very well ...

You need to update to iOS 12. That is almost certainly the issue. Also, we asked what iOS device was being used. If it is super old it may just not be able to keep up anymore. Crashing and freezing occurs when the device's CPU closes the app due to the CPU requiring more power than it can be provided by an old battery. We get crash reports all the time for that and it is almost always on iOS 11. They fixed some stuff in iOS 12 that makes it so the device can ride through these errors.

What version are you using? 

What happens if you press Yes?

What happens if you press No?

What happens if you press Cancel?

What happens if you do any of it in Airplane Mode?

Are you logged in to MME? (You can see this in the Maps Made Easy section of the Map Pilot Settings)

Map Pilot version 4.0.7

Nothing happens if I press Yes, no or cancel. The app is blocked at this moment. Nothing to do, just quit the app.

Yes,I'm still logged to MME.

The aircraft is a PH4pro and my pad ipad mini4.

No, really, now it's impossible to load the mission into the aircraft. Always the same problem. I deleted and reinstalled the app, tried with a ph4pro and a ph4proV2, it's identical. Someone had the same problem?

Please try the rest of the suggestions that were made previously:

What happens if you do any of it in Airplane Mode?

 

Try logging out of MME and logging back in.

Try saving the mission before running while not connected to the aircraft.

What kind of iOS device are you using?

Hi Zane, I just tried your recommendations. It does not change anything. It seems that whatever it is, it blocks the whole app, as soon as I want to load the mission in the drone. My ios version is 11.1.2 It's a shame because so far Map Pilot worked very well and had a lot of advantages
