Map Pilot v4?

The majority of the changes in 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 were to facilitate the LITE version's upgrade program. With the introduction of the LITE version of the Map Pilot we will be releasing Map Pilot on a somewhat slower schedule for the first few releases.
