Abandonment point problem

While flying a multiple battery mission I had three things happen.

1. Returning after battery change 4 to battery 5 to abandonment point the Inspire 1v2 was flying very slow and with a ruff sound (usually travels to abandonment point fast and smooth sounding). It also repeated part of battery mission 4 (prior mission) attached picture shows congested cluster of picture points

2. After a battery change in another mission it didn't go to last abandonment point it skipped a row. Attached picture below.

I was switching to P mode for manual landing. From the help Center of questions and answers I take it this is a problem that stem from taking manual control for landing.  I am taking off from a 5 ft. landing pad on tall grass to keep the lens from getting dirty from the grass in a tight area with tall palms around it. I am taking manual control to land. From what I have seen before taking over to land I would be VERY nervous and risking repair to leave it in self landing mode and just using the sticks before it lands, it can miss the landing pad by 15 to 20 feet especially in the 17 mph winds that I have momentarily encounter there so I have the questions below:

a) What do you think caused "flying very slow and with a ruff sound"?

b) Has there been a change/backing up to the software going out of sync switching from mode F to P for manual landing?

c ) During auto landing could I look threw the camera facing down to help landing using the sticks? And if so how would one move/get ride of the terrain profile so I could see the landing pad better?

1. The aircraft will (should) only fly where the blue verification line shows it will fly before take off. It is super important to make sure that line shows what you think is going to happen before taking off. The 'rough' flight has been known to happen on some of the older aircraft like the I1 and P3 series. It is certainly scary but we haven't actually seen it cause any problems. We never really got any word on why it happens. 

2. Again, check the blue line and use the Manual Restart Point feature as needed. If you are regularly having issues, take a screenshot of it in this state and send it to us for review so hopefully we can fix the issue.

You can certainly land manually but be sure to just quickly switch the aircraft out of the programmed flight mode and then back into it so the app is getting updates. You should still see the warning that says the mode changed happens. It too tells you to be sure to switch back into F mode before landing so the app knows what is happening. Otherwise it can't keep track of what is happening and loses sync.

You can always adjust the landing using the sticks. The crosshairs is in the camera preview for that reason.

I can't believe it I have never seen the "blue verification line" before looking it up online (in the picture below) Your saying this should be on my screen before every Upload or take-off after battery change? What can I do to get the blue verification line to show? I am running version 2.9.2 if curious

Ok, I will take a screen shot if the slow and rough running happens again and wont worry about it. First time this happened since I started in February.

Ok, good to know the Manual Restart Point feature, but I am still scratching my head on the "blue verification line" I need help on that one.

The blue line is shown to show the exact flight as loaded into the aircraft after the upload step. If it is wrong, don't take off. If it goes to the wrong starting point that is when you want to use the manual restarting point to fix things.

The day before yesterday I knew nothing of the Blue verification line because I am not seeing it on my iPad screen and never have. The only reason I know of it is because you told me I should see it and then looked it up online.

I realize I should see the Blue verification line but I don't.

What can we do to make the missing Blue verification line on my iPad appear?

There is basically no way you are not seeing this line. It is faint so maybe you never noticed it before. 

The blue line is shown when you hit upload and is drawn using the exact waypoints that are getting set in the upload to the aircraft.

Zane you are totally correct I now see the blue line! Thank you for being patient.

Everything worked PERFECT today. I am still manually landing in P mode but, I am no longer letting it stay there until after the battery swap, I am using P mode only to land and immediately after landing it goes back into F mode. This seems to working fine. I now check the blue verification line and it has been showing a path from home to the abandonment point. It also shows another line too from home, can you elaborate on the other line? attached picture

Follow the blue path... One line goes to where it will start flying to and the other is where it will come home from on the way back assuming it gets there before running out of battery. 

As noted in the warning message that pops up when you switch out of F mode, you should switch it back into F mode before landing so it doesn't get out of sync.

When I tried to land in F mode just using the sticks it was unnerving, I think I need to get out of my screens cashed version of the missions map I am seeing and some how switch to seeing through the camera while it is descending.

1. Can you instruct me what to do to see through the camera while the drone is descending in F mode to land using the sticks?

2. Also when descending to land in F mode, if I was to switch to P mode lineup to my landing pad with visual on the drone and switch back to F mode when 2 to 3 feet above the landing pad should it theoretically land on the landing pad safely?

1. Is the camera not pointing down already when landing? If it isn't you can use the left gimbal control wheel to set it yourself. 

2. That is what you are supposed to do.

1 . The camera is pointing straight down. But it looks like I am not getting a live feed from the camera. It seems to be the cashed version of the mission making it unnerving to control with the sticks.

To my recollection his is what happens staying in F mod. When I start the mission on my screen there is a cashed map, the drone is on this map represented by a noticeable red triangle, and a lawn mower pattern of the selected flight pattern and area is represented. The drone, red triangle, takes off and heads to a green dot on the lawnmower pattern (start) and follows the path of the lawn mower pattern. It continues along the path dropping dots on cashed map (taking pictures) then later on there is a battery warning at 30% and then at 25% battery I select the return to home in the MME app if the drone hasn't started to come home on its own. As far as I remember the red triangle heads for home over the cashed map with the lines of the lawn mower pattern never going into camera  mode (FPV) on my monitor.

When it was over my landing pad (home) using the sticks wasn't controlling what I was seeing under me looking threw the monitor.

Through my monitor am I supposed to see my stick movements adjusting my position over the landing pad because to my recollection I am not? Am I supposed to somewhere switch to camera mode or is the MME software supposed to do it automatically when it gets above home. I would rather land without taking the drone out of F mode to keep sync if possible, but I am not getting something.

When I switch batteries on my DJI Mavic 2 Pro to send it to the point of abandonment, it gets stuck at the 100% uploaded screen and will not take off. I just switched a battery and I want to continue this mission. Please help asap.
