DJI Mini 3 Pro Limitations

Greetings: I have a couple of questions if I may. (Mini 3 Pro, proper SDK installed and working on RC Pro).

1) One of the limitations is DJI "Fly Zones" support. Does this mean that it will or won't work inside these bogus DJI zones? I tried in a DJI zone and could not get the drone to take off and do the (small) test mission. Couldn't even get the motors fired up. The Fly app was properly disabled.

2) If the limitation means that MPP just won't work in a DJI zone then would a Mini 3 Pro from Flylusive work (no fly zones disabled on the drone).

Thanks all.

We answered your emails to support both times. You might want to make sure our email addresses can be delivered to your email address.

1. No, that means that there is no way to unlock it using Map Pilot Pro. You would need to unlock the applicable NFZs using the DJI website and/or the DJI app before flying with Map Pilot Pro.

2. There are types of flight zones that don't allow any flight. Here are our general steps for getting it going:

  1. Go into DJI Fly
  2. Attempt to start up the motors manually
  3. Sign in, accept, agree, consent to any NFZ warnings
  4. Attempt the start up the motors manually
  5. If successful, close the DJI Fly and go back into MPP without turning drone/rc off
  6. Attempt to start up the motors in MPP manually
  7. If props start up, SUCCESS, kill motors, and proceed with Map Pilot Pro like normal
  8. If props fail, FAILURE, go back into DJI app and unlock things

Thanks for the reply. Appreciate it. Strange about the emails...no junk mail and you guys are whitelisted.

Any thoughts on the Flylusive Mini 3 Pro with the DJI NFZ's deleted?
