mavic pro support map pilot

We will add support for the Mavic when DJI adds support for it in the SDK. It may already work, we don't know. We should be getting ours to test with in the next couple of days.

Any news on this?

Im looking forward to get a Mavic, but first I want to make sure it will work with the map pilot app. Or at least when will it be available.

We will almost certainly support the Mavic but haven't had the ability to test it yet. Since DJI is holding off on almost all shipments you won't getting it any time soon anyway...

I have put a mavic on order now, it is just too slick to pass up.  I am keeping my fingers crossed that DJI opens the SDK to you.

I see that they do not have a 3 way switch for flight modes and only have 2 options, P and sport, on the controller.  I hope you find a way to get the mavic working with map pilot.

We just got ours a few days ago and it is pretty much awesome. We are working to add support for it immediately. They just added the capability to support it in the SDK on Friday and we are hoping to release support as soon as possible.

It already "sort of" works.

We don't actually know how the whole programmed flight mode switch thing is going to work out.
