If you are doing a large area that will absolutely require multiple takeoff locations you can simply set up multiple adjacent missions that will provide the same coverage. Having a good amount of overlap between the separate missions will ensure that they will all stitch together well. Since the altitude of the aircraft gets recorded relative to the elevation of the takeoff point, it would be best if you could take off from points that have very similar, if not equal, elevations in order to keep altitudes equal.
