We try to make our uploader as robust as possible but it is impossible to overcome certain obstacles. We use Amazon AWS S3 for our incoming file storage using an HTML5 multipart uploader. If you are on a very slow or low quality internet connection there might not be a solid enough of a connection to upload large amounts of data. We generally only have issues with poor internet connections. Due to the nature of our service, we require a solid broadband connection to make sure everything loads properly.
Please use speedtest.net and let us know what your ping times and upload and download speeds are.
If they are not fast enough you will either need to upload from a better internet connection or process your data on your own computer because cloud services will not likely be an option.
