If slowing the aircraft down isn't helping then you might just be trying to map in conditions that are too low on light for the DJI camera to capture. You could try turning the exposure compensation down in the settings menu which will result it faster exposure times at the cost of brightness. There are physical limits as to what can be captured by cameras like these with F2.8 lenses. You could also try flying higher which will really just mask the effect of the ground smear. We always recommend mapping as close to solar noon as possible to maximize the amount of light available.
