Data to maps made easy

Not sure why, but for some reason the image you sent does not have a GPS Latitude or Longitude associated with it. Not good.

All the images you have taken using our Map Pilot Pro app have numbers like DJI_3662.JPG and DJI_3760.JPG. The sample image you sent was DJI_0075.JPG which seems unlikely to have been taken as a part of your recent data collection activities. Maybe check your files management to make sure you are only trying to upload images that were taken as part of your recent data collection efforts. Look at your flight logs in Maps Made Easy to get the file name ranges for the flights.
