We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. That job had a couple of issues with the input data. First, there were 7 files in the group that had more than 25% of the image being open sky above the horizon. That's bad. It is noted in our Data Collection guidelines to NEVER do that.

The grid you ran above the area had a lot of holes in it and the overlap was minimal.
Between these two things, it is pretty hard for the system to get much done with the data.
There is basically no reason to run a job as Expedited unless you have a bet with someone or something. Over 98% of our jobs kick off immediately. If you had not run it as expedited it would have been free.
