Well that's not good... can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can help better? Are you getting and warning messages?

I can't upload images
When I use the DJI Specific Workflow I load all the data and when I want to upload the images it appears blank, it doesn't give me the option to upload anything

Could you upload previously?
Thank you for the screenshots you emailed us. The issue looks to be with the Step 1 part. Your images do not have a valid width and height. This is likely because the images were touched using other photo management software and the original tags were modified. You can probably use the Classic workflow but to use the DJI workflow the tags have to be exactly as they come from the SD card in the camera. If you are using an intermediate step to transfer the images that is probably the issue. Just up load the images directly from the SD card and this will likely stop.
