Problems with version 3.0.0 for Phantom 3 and 4

The latest update fails. It closes unexpectedly with the RPA in the air along with the start from the first point of the photograph, and now ALWAYS records the image file in RAW does not respond

We are sorry you are having issues with the app crashing. It seems the version of the DJI SDK we are using has some internal issues with it that we cannot actually fix. We are evaluating the next version to see if it fixes the issues currently.

To help us identify the issue can you please tell us what iOS device you have, what version of iOS you are running, and how to reproduce the issue?

It seems like you are saying that you cannot record images in JPG, only in RAW. Is that correct?

Is it always closing or just sometimes?

The IOS device is an Ipad Air 2, version 12.1. The application always closes before starting with the first photograph, although the rpa is still in flight.

Once the application is automatically and suddenly closed, I quickly recover the control of the RPA by DJI GO4, and then if I shoot any picture, I ONLY store them in RAW. The application closes ALWAYS

Can you please tell us what firmware versions are on your aircraft or post a screenshot of the firmware version dialog in DJI Go?

Version 3.0.1 has been released and hopefully will address the issue with the app crashing.
