Inspire 2 with X4S - oblique imaging

Hello,

I have the Map Pilot 2.7.3 and i fly it with the Inspire 2 and X4S camera.

I was wondering if it is possible to perform the mapping with setting the camera at a 45 degree angle instead of looking at nadir (straight down)

At any time after the aircraft leaves the point above the takeoff location the pilot can manually adjust the gimbal angle with the dial on the remote.

45 is a bit high since the field of view of the camera is pretty big. We don't generally recommend more than about 20 degrees or so. Make sure you aren't getting the horizon in the images.

Zane, I have read that slightly off 90 allows the processor to do a better job all else being equal. Can you confirm that?
