GEOZONE Autorization Issues - Map pilot Pro not allowing entry

Hello

I have Geozone Authorization from DJI and it has been uploaded to the drone, and all discalimers answered (Issue is not with DJI) for an area close to an airport, however when flying the mission, the drone stops at the boundary and will not enter, resulting in a failed mission.

Am i Wrong to assume that the Mission Planning and Geozone activation should allow entry.

I am now forced to find an alternate mission planner and Flight control system

Make sure ALL applicable airspaces are cleared in the DJI app. Sometimes there are overlapping or duplicate ones in there.

This is how we handle NFZs for repeatable results:

  1. Go into DJI Fly
  2. Attempt to start up the motors manually
  3. Sign in, accept, agree, consent to any NFZ warnings
  4. Attempt the start up the motors manually (“manually” = sticks down and in)
  5. If successful, close the DJI Fly and go back into MPP without turning drone/rc off
  6. Attempt to start up the motors in MPP manually.
  7. If successful, stop the motors manually and use Map Pilot Pro.
  8. If not successful, go back into the DJI app and make sure all applicable zones are unlocked.

I too had this issue.  I tried to manually start (DJI MiniPro3) but it wouldn't work.  I changed parameters and lowered my elevation to accommodate what was acceptable (including the return to home elevation), but it still would not take off.  I have flown in authorized zones, and after having the license uploaded to my Mini 2 I had no problem with flying my mission in Map Pilot.  This was several years ago, and with the Mini 2, not the Mini 3 Pro.  The DJI Fly app has changed how you unlock the zones since then, but I had the unlock license uploaded into my drone, but still I could not get it to take off.  I was able to take off and fly (although limited height) with the DJI fly app.  This is odd, since a few days prior I had imported a license for a much more sensitive area even closer to the airport, and there were no limits on my flight height in the DJI flight app.
