I have done a flight over Mexico City with Inspire 1 and using Map Pilot app, also I have GCP to introduce accurate geographical position. But I have noticed that all images has geotags with altitude from flight plan (120m) and is not included Mexico city height (around 2200m). I mean that images altitudes should be around 1320m. Is there any setting to fix this?
Image altitudes will be tagged with the height above your take off point as determined with the on-board barometric altimeter. You can either manually correct post-processing by MME. Or if you include a ground reference photo with your dataset (i.e. a pic taken at your ground-level take-off point) MME will adjust the Altitude levels appropriately.

Sorry, I did a mistake, I mean 2320m. considering Mexico City elevation and flight plan altitude.
