SD card info read falied

After created new mission,I click the upload botton,there have a popup message "Sd card info read failed",and the "start" botton is grey.I cannot click it.

This is the first complaint we have had about this. SD cards can have all sorts of weird issues, but it if works in the Go app it should certainly work with ours.

We are using the standard DJI SDK method for checking whether or not the SD card is valid, is inserted, has storage, is read only, has an error, and a bunch of other stuff. These can only be checked after we get an SD card info packet from the DJI SDK.

There is nothing we can do to address this other than write DJI an email at dev@dji.com to report the issue as the having inconsistent behavior between SDK apps and the Go app.

Does it happen on all cards or just certain ones?

And the SD card could be read or format by DJI APP.

Is you sd card class 10? We have found that using slower cards can sometimes lead to this type of error or similar ones with the DJI app.

Yes,I tried 3 MicroSD cards ,one of them is assembly by Phantom 3 Advance.So I think the I/O speed of tihs card is good.
