What happens when I program a mission requiring more than one battery? Does it come back and I can swap out a battery? Or do I have to meet it when the battery runs out?
It will return to where it took off from, land (or you can take over and land it)..power it off, switch the battery, power it up and then repeat the procedure as you did for the first mission...it will upload the remainder of the mission to the drone and continue where it left off

You reload the remaining portion of the mission after every battery swap. You can use the Manual Restarting Point to move the start point at which the flight will resume if needed.
