Map Pilot Version 2.6.3 Issues

Since I updated to 2.6.3, here are the issues I am having,

1) Previous saved missions in 2.6.3 are not operating properly, i.e. fly much faster(which is a good thing) but not taking all photos, there are a lots of photos gaps, I assume this is due to the flight speed and the camera can not work properly in that speed and photos gaps, even I am using U3 10 SD card. And the images number drop a lot comparing to 2.6.2

2) When I create new mission, I change my SD card to 2.0 second, but the speed doesn't drop. Currently the only thing I can do is increase the overlap to reduce the flight speed. 

I am using Inspire 1.
