Map issues

Ok so this map I uploaded a few times what I noticed is the DEM is terrible looking and when I kick in the the 3D view its flat. What gives? NOTE: I did process on 2 others and the DEM and 3D came out fine along with the measurement. I also still have some issues the volumetric measurement stalling out. The flight was the same flight from a week before no change and used that first weeks flight again. The overlap compared to week 1 is crummy. Makes no sense as it is the exact same time of day same grid nothing changed except the pile of course. You need to include a larger area than JUST the piles you want to measure. In order to even be able to make volume measurements you will need to be able to draw the polygon for measurement around the flat surface base of it. If the volume measurement polygon leaves the area where the data is it may stall.

If you care about your 3D and elevation related products it is important to use 80% overlap and also cover some of the area around the piles.

First the map was plenty large to cover the volumetric as it was the same as the week prior. Secondly the overlap was was 80 and 80 as I just rechecked the map. I had to reprocess the map without the automatic trimming and it was just fine but the measurements were still way off. They were off the first week and they were off with another map that I flew on a smaller pile.
