HI, i have a base subscription account and should have 5 free maps per month. however it says i have no points to use. how do i get my points to process my free maps?
If you have a base subscription you get 5 maps with up to 2 gigapixels worth of source imagery per month for no additional charge. For anything larger than 2 gigapixels you need to purchase points. The first 2 gigapixels would be free but anything beyond that is on the pay-as-you-go system.

so i should be able to process a map, but it says i need points to process. i have a base subscription, but it doesnt let me process any maps without paying for points. I have only tried processing a map that i didnt use under the free account i had and then my office had purchased a base sub on top of the free account. i would like to be able to see my own map in the sat view instead of the stock apple maps as im at a construction site.
