I absolutely check the "KMZ" box in Step 2: Choose Processing Options. But then after my images upload and I get to the "Map Detail" page there are no KMZ in the Advanced Output box. Has happened twice on me. I need these in Google Earth format but am afraid to keep trying or I'll just blow through my points.
Where am I going wrong?
Your job that is still running will have the KMZ, Full Resolution OBJ, XYZ and LAS files. Your previous job do not have those selected. The one from June 9 does have it.
The files you are looking for show up in the "Advanced Outputs" section of the Map Detail pages.
Please get things under control using small free maps so you know how everything works and you are not wasting your points.

I assume you mean make my own practice maps small enough that they don't require points? How small are such free/sample mapping exercised limited to?
My issue is that for some reason boxes that I checked in the "Choose Processing Options" part of Step 2 were de-selected as I progressed to the later steps. And there was no place to reconfirm before the job started.
Anything below 1 gigapixel worth of images would be free. That is 50 20 megapixel images. The minimum upload is 20 images.
We will look into the deselecting issue but I am unable to reproduce that right now. What browser and OS are you using?
